When will my order be shipped?
Shipping destinations: We ship worldwide to reach all our customers.
Shipping times: We normally ship orders within 2 business days after they are produced. Delivery times vary depending on the selected service and destination. Regular mail ranges from 3 to 28 business days depending on the shipping address.
Shipping cost: Bags and Wallets orders will have free shipping. Orders for t-shirts and other products will be charged for shipping based on the chosen shipping method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for local and international customers through credit cards, Amex, Visa and Mastercard, also Apple Pay and PayPal.
Returns and refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy: if a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund.
Time: We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, from the day the item was received. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please send an email to modesto@modestospirit.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide the customer with instructions on where to send the returned products. Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of postage when returning products to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email notifying the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be processed and applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment shortly thereafter.
